Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
The free trial automatically expires 24 hours after registration on ocart.net.
If the user does not upgrade to a paid plan within this period, all associated user data will be permanently deleted.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Minimum 1-Month Plan
- If a user purchases a plan with the minimum duration of 1 month, the payment is non-refundable.
- Users are responsible for the full month, even if they stop using the Service before the end of the period.
Subscriptions Longer than 1 Month
- For subscriptions longer than 1 month, if a user cancels before the end of the paid period:
- Refunds are provided only for the unused portion of the subscription
- Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the remaining unused time
- The portion already used is non-refundable
3. Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not affect the non-refundable portion as described above.
4. Expiration and Data Deletion
- If a paid subscription expires and is not renewed, access to the Service is terminated and all associated user data is permanently deleted.
- Users are responsible for backing up their data before the subscription expires.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of the account and permanent termination of access.
Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
6. Legal Exceptions
If applicable consumer protection laws require a refund, such refunds will be provided in accordance with those laws.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page.
